Hey Im new to this sight...Ive been clean and sober for 92 days. I was in rehab for drinking actually been clean for 18 months but in the last 4 or 5 days all I want to do is get wasted. I been going to meeting and still am in out patient, but I want to use so much I havent felt like this since I first stopped useing. What can I do.

     Work through it. Keep going to meetings, stick with sober friends. Do anything - except take that first drink. You won't regret it...

go to meetings, tell people whats going on with you,pray for help not to pick up, get phone numbers from the people at meeting you go to.try to help another in recovery,and just dont pick up even if your ass falls off

I've been where you are, so I know how you feel. Remember ONE DAY AT A TIME. If that is too long try 5 minutes at a time. You don't have to drink. If you don't have the will power rely on your Higher Power's will power for your life. If you have a sponsor or network of recovering friends get in touch with them, YOU ARE NOT ALONE!
