I know now that without work their is no sucess in Recovery. I must pray a few times a day not to think too myself of my self also? It's a hard thing to change but since I have been attending CHURCH 2 times a week, & Counseling it's starting to become second nature. My responsiblity is for myself and how I feel. Nobody can change the way I feel at any given moment. I used to react quickly by anger first reaction because I was afraid to let anyone get close to me. SO they couldn't hurt me or use anything about me against me.
