How many counselling sessions will I need?

This varies significantly, each client has individual needs so we don't standardise our approach but instead create an addiction treatment plan to suit the individual. There is no minimum or maximum number of sessions so you are not obliged to sign up to a multiple sessions unless you wish to do so.

Do you run group counselling sessions?

No, we created My Recovery Space for people who prefer one to one treatment.

Can someone else attend my counselling sessions with me?

The rest of the session will be spent exploring your current challenges and how we can work with you to start to understand what you would like to achieve. We pride ourselves on our non-judgemental, confidential and gentle approach – most of our team are in recovery themselves from drug, alcohol or gambling problems, so we truly understand.
