We have done our best to make things as easy as possible for you at what may be a difficult time.

Complete the form below and we will be in touch to arrange your initial consultation within 48 hours. After completing payment of £30 you will be sent details for a secure video call where you will meet your counsellor. We recommend you be in a quiet and private environment where you can freely talk.

STEP 2

The initial consultation is where we seek to understand your personal situation, what you are wanting to achieve and to outline a recovery plan best suited to you. We always try to pair you with a counsellor from your area and who are themselves in recovery from an addiction like yours who has first hand experience and knowledge to share. View them as your "Recovery Buddy".

STEP 3

treatment

Your treatment will be delivered online and tailored to your needs. It will involve a series of online counselling sessions, typically once a week and at a time to suit you. Your counsellor will use a combination of techniques and provide you all the support required to help you better understand, manage and ultimately overcome your addiction, just as they have.
